Schlumberger Water Services has a strong track record in modeling unsaturated flow and contaminant transport. We maintain a suite of state of the art unsaturated modeling tools including Unsat, Hydrus and Vadose/W. Unsaturated flow and transport modeling is the key tool in our Heap Leach Dynamics Technology (HLDT).
In order to provide the parameters we require for our unsaturated flow modeling Schlumberger Water Services has developed a state-or-the-art geotechnical laboratory to characterize soils, engineered ores, waste rock, and environmental hazards. Schlumberger Water ServicesI performs a variety of standard tests, modified standard tests, as well as pioneering tests for project specific applications.
